Delivery terms

The receipt of your order at homelier.gr it can be done in 2 ways. You can either pick it up at your door or from our store in Voula. If you choose pick-up from the store, then you will not be charged with shipping costs regardless of the cost of your order.

All deliveries are made by cooperating courier companies (courier), on a daily level at your choice place, easily and reliably.

* Shipment of products is carried out throughout the Greek territory.

* Products can also be received from our physical store without any financial charge (Agios Ioannis 26, Voula Attica).

* For orders from abroad, please contact us to determine the exact shipping cost and the way.

* For orders over 85 €, the homelier.gr, gives you free shipping and cash on delivery.

* For orders up to 85 €, the charge is 3,00 € for all Greece and 2,00€ for cash on delivery.

*Without prejudice to any special charges that will be expressly provided for in a product posted on our website and in any case in the confirmation of your order, generally the shipping cost is as follows: – for orders of total value up to 85 € with VAT, the shipping cost is 3,00 € with VAT throughout Greece. – for orders with a total value of more than 85 € with VAT, the shipment is FREE for all over Greece. As well as cash on delivery.

*An exception is products marked as” Shipping by Transport ” which are sent through a transport company. Products of large volume or weight of more than 8 kg and fragile products, which can not be sent by courier, are shipped by transport company, all over Greece.

Delivery to the offices of transport in Athens is free of charge, shipping costs from Athens to destination are borne by the customer. The transport company is the customer’s choice. The cost depends on the volume and weight of the products, about which you will be informed by the transport company.

After completing your order we will contact you to inform you about the availability of products. For the execution of these orders, payment is required by bank deposit, credit or debit card.

The delivery time directly depends on the availability of the products you choose. Once you order, we process your order, and inform you of the exact delivery time at your place.

* Direct receipt: the products can be found in the physical store. If you wish you can pick them up immediately.
* Delivery in 4-10 days: it concerns products that are not readily available in the store, but in any case will be delivered within this time.
* On order: it concerns products that are not in stock and are delivered only on order. In no case will the delivery time exceed 30 calendar days.
