RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy

At Homelier we want you to always be satisfied with your purchases and we have a flexible returns policy, in accordance with the existing legislation and the terms of the suppliers of the products we trade.

In case of receipt of a defective product, or an error in your order or because you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can request its replacement or refund of the money you made available, provided that the following conditions are met:

Terms of returns

1. Returns of products can be accepted within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt.
2. The product must be purchased exclusively from Homelier.
3. Under no circumstances can a product be accepted which is not in its original state.

This means that the product should:

1. Do not wash
2. Not used in any way
3. To have all his tags and
4. do not damage the packaging.
5. The defective product is replaced only with the same product.

 

 

Returns procedure

1. In case of return due to defective product or error in your order to complete the return of the item and if the conditions mentioned above are met:
2. Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
3. In case of defective product it is necessary to send us photo of the item in [email protected] so that we can confirm with the supplier the acceptance of the return.

3.Download the Return Form here, fill it in and send it back to us by mail at [email protected]

4. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.
5. In case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the Department of returns.
6. In case you want to return a product because you changed your mind, and if the conditions mentioned above are met, you can choose any transport company you wish, since the transportation costs in this case are borne by the customer and not Homelier.
