– – in other areas within 48 hours of shipment of the goods to the carrier excluding remote areas which can be delivered in 72 hours

Our company and its partners take all necessary measures for the valid delivery to you of the products you have ordered on the basis of the above schedule. However, it is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively, it is not responsible for causes of delayed delivery due to delays in customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or other types of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company’s warehouses by our suppliers, etc. In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you in the details you have provided to inform you and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

Delivery to the offices of transport in Athens is free of charge, shipping costs from Athens to destination are borne by the customer. The transport company is the customer’s choice. The cost depends on the volume and weight of the products, about which you will be informed by the transport company.

After completing your order we will contact you to inform you about the availability of products. For the execution of these orders, payment is required by bank deposit, credit or debit card.

11. Product returns. The process of returning the products is done by printing the return form that the customer downloads from the return policy. The customer selects the product (s) he/she wants to return, notes the reason for the return and what he / she wants to do (refund, replacement with the same, replacement with another, etc.) and sends by mail the return form completed. In order for the return of products (defective or not) to be valid, the above procedure should be performed and the relevant electronic order received by our company within the time limit set in the product return policy for each case of product return.

12. Withdrawal and returns of products. Necessary conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal within 15 days are: not to have used the product, not to have removed any labels or markings (stickers, brand labels etc) that have on them the products and have not opened their packaging. 14. Possibility to cancel the order. It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

Upon receipt of the product-you can exercise your right to withdraw within 15 calendar days. In case of Return of the products, your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products.

15. Product prices. The price of each product will be that specified at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always ensure that the prices on our website are always accurate, however an error may occur. If we find a mistake in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the opportunity to re-confirm your order at the correct correct price or cancel it if you wish. The period for which the guarantee is valid from the date of purchase is indicated in the product details. Necessary conditions for the approval of the application for guarantee are proof – date of purchase, correct use of the product, compliance with the instructions for use, maintenance and cleaning of the product. The warranty of a product covers the cost of spare parts (those mentioned in the instructions for use of the product) and labor and in no case the shipping costs.
